Urbi Coffee Table
Urbi Coffee Table
Urbi is a coffee table that attempts to reflect Ard al-Liwa’s diversity. Ard al-Liwa is the neighborhood where the table was manufactured by local craftsmen. The diversity it conveys includes its people’s activities and its buildings’ structures, heights, and colors. The urban realm at Ard al-Liwa is a full-sensory experience, and the Urbi table, with its wooden cladding that is of different heights, colors and widths, aims to transfer this irregularity, but also the invisible modularity, reflecting the logic behind the urbanism at Ard al-Liwa and celebrating its diversity.
